hi am impress with your skills of engaging your viewers. i don't profess being a good cook, but my suggestion is to not pre boil the beef. I t would be better if you use the natural water from the beef itself. Another thing, when handling a poultry, its very much advisable to practice good handwashing technique - to prevent salmonella. At least its a good lesson to your viewers around the world - to emphasize the importance of god handwashing after each handling of meat or poultry.
thanks for the comment... i just want to ask how is the proper handwashing technique aside of the one i've learned that it should be wash with soap for at least 5mins... or use some product... but it was for working in hospital... btw, i left some broth from the beef during the final cooking... was it okay?
What I really meant was, it is very important not to contaminate the items that needs to be stored afterwards such as bottle of olive oil, box of cornstarch, etc. with the dirty hands that just touched the meat. Again, this is not a criticism. I think you are great and engaging to your viewers. Keep up the good work.... You're the Rachel Ray philippine version in the making.
hi steven... thanks a lot... i just remember now that there were some vids that i did it... my hands was dirty due to mixing and then i picked the pack of cornstarch... ahehehehe... :-) thanks a lot for the comment it helps a lot...

the lemon choice instead of vinegar. Actually when I cooked today I used lime instead of lemon cuz I don't have lemon. He,he,he. The only difference was I add lemon grass. Oh, and I didn't put garlic cuz I don't know but I really don't like garlic in "paksiw" but I also added the olive oil but I didn't let it dry like yours. That's why when I was watching your videos toady,I was so happy that my version was almost like yours. I also called it 'paksiw'too though I know it's not the authentic ...
... after several hits and still can't find it I finally click your link and found your message that your moving to youtube. Yay! Sorry, but I find youtube as user's friendly than others. He, he, he, or maybe it was just me. Anyway, I'm glad I found you here. I enjoy watching your videos and love your cooking style cuz it's so simple and easy to follow. I'm looking forward to watch your videos everyday. For the record, your version of "Paksiw na Isda" it almost the same as mine... including ..
Hi! One day, I accidentally came across your videos in the other site while I was looking for the upload of "Iisa pa lamang" and from then on I tried to watch your videos if I have time. Two days ago, I was looking for it and I found your version of 'monnggo with pork' which is one of my favourite. After watching I was checking for more of your videos (I didn't know that you are uploading everyday if you have a chance)and I can hardly find them. I was looking for the 'pusit' episode, anyway...
Ms. Peachy its not gawgaw... lol! Arina so to speak... cornstarch is arina just to correct you. Gawgaw is a kind of powder that you can mixed up when you are doing your laundry to make it nice, clean and fresh. My mom usually does it when we were a kid.
For the benefit of all viewers. They might end up confusing themselves.
