No, this is from a Dutch TV show from 1978. The show was made to promote the new haunted castle at the Dutch theme park Efteling. It was recorded in April 1978 and sent in May 1978.

this video played when I was about 6 or 7 in 1978 or 1979.  It was very scary at the time but it left a lasting image in my head. I love Kate Bush, her music is timeless and many of the contemporary artist today cannot compare. Actually many are using her music to inspire them.
