@SuperCmarie21 It goes up to around 8 feet and fits a standard ceiling but if you need something taller I would recommend an X Pole as they make custom extensions if you need something taller.

I am a college student and cant mount it but I will be doing risky. tricks..do you advise me to get it! I do not want to get it and be disappointed when I fall.

If you are very concerned about falling and cannot mount any pole but will be doing risky tricks, you are better off not getting one and just going to a local studio and practicing or to the club on earlier hours to practice when there aren't many customers. To do the really advanced tricks you need a very sturdy pole and yes - I would not want you to fall!

@linette321 yes it does not spin, it is fixed. I've noticed that it is better to begin learning on a stationary pole and then advance to a spinning pole. The pole is easily disassembled and you can take it to any place that mounts within the dimensions discussed, but it is better to permanently mount it if you are going to do anything risky - for the extra stabilization!
