well u gotta do "smoking kills" quest in order to be able to recieve reward points. then you can buy the slayer rings off your slayer master, using the reward points you have earned. u can also buy slayer helmets, slayer xp, and runes for slayer dart (very good for money) 500 points = 1m worth of runes, which u can sell in ge. =]
