Surplus in 2000,now we have a defecit of trillions of $ and $9 billion missing from funds sent to Iraq. Now his solution for the defecit is to send us all $800!! $800 isn't even a mortgage payment in California let alone Kansas. Giving away money we don't have just digs into our pockets in the long run. Does anybody remember when war with an oil rich country used to be profitable? I guess paying a Blackwater employee 150k to fix the same Hum-v we used to pay a marine 35k for is "good business"
