@RedWingFan1340 Antti pihlström was a bit slower in finnish rink than sami kapanen was in the nhl rink. Antti pihlström's time was 13,87 and kapanen's time was 13.649. And finnish rink is a bit bigger than canadian rink. I would really enjoy to see pihlström at fastest skater competition.

@mrceebees14 Maybe Florida messed up but Vancouver there the highest scoring team in the league 2 40 goal scorers and 2 of the top 4 scorers in the league this year were Canucks.The Canucks needed defence(Ballard) WAY more than they needed offence so the Canucks did the right thing by trading Grabner.

Look it up on youtube. 2009 NHL all-star superskills: fastest skater. Less distance equals faster time. @6661st I agree that helm is one of the fastest skaters in the NHL but he wouldnt beat Grabner in a race. Grabner can reach top speed within his first few strides. You can see that in the race between Hall and him he doesn't even take strides when he's behind the nets, hes scary fast.
