We use this kind of system for commercial buildings that we extracted their carpets this is mainly for appearance so they look clean in between extraction cleanings.
might as well set the carpet on fire.... you are turning it to junk-a dirt magnet it shall be, chemicals left behind=toxic environment to live in...i couldn't sleep at night knowing this. get some IICRC training first, then proceed with cleaning.
do you ever wash your hair with shampoo, and then use a vacuum to rinse?(i don't need to test that to know it doesn't work.) use your brain rookie. 98 percent use steam cleaning for a reason.
what a joke , this rub in dirt method will be back in 5 days. it will also leave ph in the acid or alkanie depending on brand , cleans just enough to get your money and get out fast . steam clean , no steam no clean
It wont be back in 5 days. Working with renovators and a PROPER Vacuum will get you more out than with anything else. and ph will be as neutral as the choice of detergent depending on the skill of the carpet cleaner.
where does the dirt go after its been encapsulated?

Carpet on fire? Turn it to junk? How can you judge on a machine/procedure you have not tested yourself?
