  • Das ist Sound.... Scheiß auf Mick and Co

  • I actually saw this line up shortly after this gig when Jane toured New Zealand.

Saw them on 2 consecutive nights playing a club in Dunedin and having been a fan of theirs since the 70s( but never seen them live) I feel privileged to have seen the band with Klaus Hess on guitar. They blew me away on both nights despite the very small crowd. The first night there couldn't have been more than 20 people in the audience so it sort of felt like a private gig for myself lol. I adore Jane. Thanks OP!

  • @Sangsohm You are so lucky my friend!!! Good for you:))

I'm sure that they never come in Québec or Montréal:((

  • Absoluter Kult !

  • Haunting as usual. Krautrock answer to

    Pink Floyd. Wonderful!

  • Klaus hess is on tour:-) already saw his jane playing- it was amazing,so i want to share this experience... go and see him.he´s touring till 2010. all dates on mother-jane. de

  • Thanks for sharing. I personally don't care about the sound quality cause I have the original version, and I can hear it whenever I want, but watching Werner, Peter and Klaus playing together it's a real pleasure.

    REST IN PEACE PETER.

  • Das wird´s so nie wieder geben! Schaut mal am Ende des Video´s ins Gesicht von Klaus Hess! Sieht man dort nicht sowas wie Freude?

    Time is over...

    LG,

    Wilfried..

  • @baumstamer Hallo DU hast recht das ist Freude.LG Ralli

  • This video (from 1992?) is quite confusing. The guitarist, I think, is Klaus Hess, who however had left the band in 1982 already.

Does someone know the name of the bass player? (I understand Klaus Walz was member of Jane from 1989 on, but he's a guitarist. I'm sure it's not Charly Maucher, who was Jane's bass player, at the time.)

  • I now can answer my own question, since meanwhile I have been informed that Jane's bass player at the time - for the short period of time the original, founding members P. Panka, W. Nadolny, and K. Hess were reunited - was Jens Dettmar.

  • It`s not a good video- and soundquality, but it`s a very rare amateur-video from JANE in the early 90ties, with Klaus Hess on guitar and vocals.

Recorded at 08.23.1992 during an open air festival in south germany.

  • @aed1960

Korrektur: Klaus Hess on guitar, Peter Panka (R.I.P.) on drums and vocals.
