1:05 Diana learned to live wisely? In the last year of her life she was dating an Egytian billionare playboy and as much as I loved her, Diana sealed her fate by dating Dodi al Fayed. She was better off staying divorced. Diana was a very decent, good woman, who got a bum by marrying that jek of a prince, Charles. She deserved better.

wow, that was almost spooky, how wise she is. Also, I think Jack Kornfield is the real deal, I've looked at some of his books, or heard about him.
The little book 'The Four Sublime States', by Nyanaponika Thera, says it all though. It is freely available on the web, and it never ceases to touch me, in a way that escapes words.
I'd recommend that.
