Shane there's an app coming out for iphone and I think android called Epic Win. It's basically a to-do list, but in RPG form.
So you put in your goals (daily, monthly, whatever) and when you complete them you get XP and level up and shit.

Does the notebook have to be analog?

@kusha777 I'm all about doing everything digital - saving paper and waste etc - though for this I think there is something that gets lost without using actual paper/notebook and a pen/pencil.
