Wow, I can't believe all of you really think Jarmaine's outfit was better. That color blocking was not very flattering. Although, I'd have to say Chloe's outfit wasn't all that remarkable, it was still a little more flattering. The combination of Jarmaine's orange blouse with a pea colored sports blazer against a black skirt brought too much weight at the top.
