How in the world can there be nutrients in fish when they're contaminated with mercury? 80% of US lakes, streams & rivers are contamined with Mercury. That's aprox. 40 states folks. If one must eat fish, buy scaley fish; it's believed (but not proven to me) the scales absorb more of the mercury. The stats for mercury in fish are under-reported 2. No surprise about the lying there either. I suppose the govt, EPA, & FDA want people to eat more fish and die.
