Repa and Fischer share a lot of things: a warped unrealistic view of life, self-centered, rudeness. What they don't share is the ability to play chess well lolz.
The person spamming these forums is an obese loser named Jason Repa who has Tourette's and doesn't work or go out in public. He has no friends or life to sp;eak up, except to harass people on the internet and try to look tough.
@jasonrepa that was a joke. I was not aware there is an existing library of alexandria. sorry to waste your time. the fact is getting funding would be pretty hard for such a study. which pharmaceutical company would stand to profit? Even if it's not true the wide variety of elements the plant's dna is capable of absorbing as well as the many phytonutients, enzymes and low price make it a desireable addition to anyone's health regimen.
@fedtheend You're the joke here idiot. You didn't even realize I was playing along with your little ruse. Anyone with an IQ in the double digits would have figured it out when I said "I checked it". But you are completely clueless.
Nobody said a pharmaceutical company would be interested in funding such a profit, you hapless imbecile. But there are others, such as Dr. Wigmore, who have done some research on wheat grass. I was trying to discover more.
I was in my friends yesterday nd we took a shot of wheatgrass its not dat bad i really want to grow my own, ive got the seeds nd a tray but im not sure exactly how u plant them?????? anyone?? wb xxx
@95slevin the best way is to buy azomite online which is crushed granite as trace mineral source, because the dna of the plant is capable of uptake of 97 elements.mix a bit in with some compost from the woods, and wet it, then after about 2 or 3 days when the berries sprout just cover the compost with the berries and keep it indoors covered up with plastic till it is one inch high and white then take it outside keeping it moist and then cut it when it is about 6 inches high. no fertilizer.
@wrecklessdave I was thinking of nebuchadnezzar a lot myself, he ate the grasses of the field for 8 years after he has his mental illness. I wonder if this would be a better treatment for mental illness than big pharma drugs. seems like it might given all the phytonutrients and the 97 elements it is capable of making bioavailable.
Itsimportant to know that by dehydrating it and then "re"hydrating it you lose about 90% of the benifits. growing it fresh ourseves is always the best, but if you can't do that then powder is the next best option.
hello, i started growing my wheat grass 2 weeks ago and only a few have sprouted a little bit. Im using organic compost and the right sprouting wheatgrass as it came in a starter kit from "go green". Im watering it enough, but were not having much sun with it being winter!! is this why ist taking so long or could i be doing something else wrong? how much compost should they be covered with after putting them on top of the compost do u know? thanx

HEHE! You guys crack me up! Love the "pole-cam". That was a great bit of info about wheatgrass. I knew it was good stuff, but you guys gave us much more info than I had ever heard about.
Keep up the great works and thank for shining your smiles brightly!
Cheers! Wheat grass is just a beauty; a superstar of the plant kingdom, all we need now is some super hero suits the same colour as wheat grass with some capes & it's on! Keep smiling!
Repa is a poster child for the mentally disturbed. He has so many mental issues that the sanitariums don't know what wing to put him in lolz.

where is the evidence that 30ml of wheatgrass is the nutritional equivalent of 2 kg of greens?
jasonrepa 1 year ago
@jasonrepa it's at the library of alexandria.
fedtheend 1 year ago
@fedtheend I didn't see it there. Can you post the information here or provide a direct link to that infomation?

Help: can I juice this in a regular juicer or blend it in an average blender?
rmsolympic1 3 years ago
use a blender first and then put pulp into a paint strainer to extract the juice.

Ann Wigmore has an excellent book about wheatgrass. I juice about 6 ounces a day.
