Uighur is unlike any Turkic language I've ever heard, I can at least understand some Uzbek words but this particular Turkic language is no where close to Istanbuli or Azeri Turkish.
I don't think, that Uyghur language is closer to Turkish than Uzbek.
Even Uzbek and Turkish languages belong to Turkic language family, their pronanciations and many words differ from each other. But, Uzbek and Uyghur language is similar almost 90% (in my opinion).
I'm Iranian, and before eyebrows are raised lol let me say that we have a 24% Azeri population that speaks a Turkic language. So I can understand, with some difficulty, various Turkic languages similar to Azeri. I agree with you on that Uyghur is not similar to Turkish or Azeri at that. I am however a bid shocked to hear that this language is similar to Uzbek because I can understand some Uzbek words and from that guess at what their saying with some accuracy.
First of all names of countries should be written with capital letters. So, it must be written in this way Uzbekistan. Otherwise it's impolite. You wrote your capital's name with capital letter.

As I mentioned before this singer is not famous in Uzbekistan.
Recently, I found out that, Uzbek and Uyghur languages are very close to each other, rather than those languages to Turkish (both of them). So, it can be sounded like Uzbek or Uyghur. Anyway, this is just my opinion.

Uighur is unlike any Turkic language I've ever heard, I can at least understand some Uzbek words but this particular Turkic language is no where close to Istanbuli or Azeri Turkish.

I don't think, that Uyghur language is closer to Turkish than Uzbek.
Even Uzbek and Turkish languages belong to Turkic language family, their pronanciations and many words differ from each other. But, Uzbek and Uyghur language is similar almost 90% (in my opinion).

I'm Iranian, and before eyebrows are raised lol let me say that we have a 24% Azeri population that speaks a Turkic language. So I can understand, with some difficulty, various Turkic languages similar to Azeri. I agree with you on that Uyghur is not similar to Turkish or Azeri at that. I am however a bid shocked to hear that this language is similar to Uzbek because I can understand some Uzbek words and from that guess at what their saying with some accuracy.

First of all names of countries should be written with capital letters. So, it must be written in this way Uzbekistan. Otherwise it's impolite. You wrote your capital's name with capital letter.

I still don't understand why are you disputing about this singer's ethnic belonging.
Even if she is Uzbek, she sings in Uyghur language and Uyghur song.
As I mentioned before this singer is not famous in Uzbekistan.
Recently, I found out that, Uzbek and Uyghur languages are very close to each other, rather than those languages to Turkish (both of them). So, it can be sounded like Uzbek or Uyghur. Anyway, this is just my opinion.
