WOW.. wish my wheatgrass looked as great as that.. i dont see ANY mold whatsoever.. Im forced to do it inside.. so i dont use the trays w/ holes in them... its not that much mold tho.. im sure it wont kill me :)... im gonna start saoking them in food grade 3% h2o2 i think next. ( and water of course :)
You can fertilize it with blue-green algae powder...ask your local health food store. It will taste sweeter and have more nutritional value. The leftover grass mats can be composted in your yard, and it adds greenery to your house and freshens the air (that is, if you don't burp it,LOL!)
For those new to juicing in general, when I tell people I juice wheatgrass, I share with them it can upset your stomach if you are not used to it...but once you do get used to it, you will find your body craves it. I had a little problem with burping it about an hour or so after, which was not nice...but the benefits I got were worth it. I even turned my mother on to it, and she bought a juicer & grows her own wheatgrass like I did.
I had experianced mold problem when I grew my whethgrass. What's the name of the product that you used to prevent mold? I couldn't find the one that I saw in the video. Where did you buy it?
Id agree that 1 does equal 23 pounds of veges becuase the veges that are canned, frozen, cooked are mostly nutrient dead and the "fresh" ones at the grocery store have been picked days if not weeks ago and the enzyme activety (lifeforce prana) has fallen dramatically. If you harvest fresh veges out of your garden and eat them within an hour it is entirely different. That is the idea with wheatgrass, quick harvest and consumption.
Well i wasnt posting my opinion, i was posting what an article said. If its wrong thats 100% fine but saying its wrong because thats your OPINION then that doesnt seem like much of an argument to me.
So if i eat 1 pound of vegetables from my garden that equals 23 pounds of supermarket vegetables as well because its fresh like the wheatgrass?
thanks for this video! what does it taste like? Can you over do it on wheatgrass drinking?

Wheatgrass is cool, alternative medicine is not.
Alternative medicine, by definition, is medicine that
has not been proven to work
has been proven to NOT work

Anyone can write and submit a wiki article.
