Okay so I work at RBC and this makes me frustrated!! All you had to do to get your account number was to just look at your client card and it will probably be like 4519 01 (123456789)# those numbers in the brackets is what you would give her... its called your SRF. Also you could have gone onto your online banking and it would tell you what your account number is... COME ON HOW EASY IS THATTTTTTT
