For those who want to see the Biker Drug Dealer for themselves, there’s a very simple way to make him appear in your game. Here’s how to do it:

1) Start a brand new game.

2) Walk or ride around Jefferson and Glen Park until you find a drug dealer. If the drug dealer you find is not the Biker Drug Dealer, then go back to Step 1. If it takes you more than 5 minutes, and you still can’t find a drug dealer, then go back to Step 1.

It usually takes about 20 or 30 starts, sometimes sooner.

The Biker Drug Dealer is extremely rare, and it infrequently appears at the beginning of a brand new game (on all 3 platforms), and that's the only time it usually appears (which was when the video was made). I have several other videos that show it at the beginning of the game too. There are no mods in any of my videos on this channel. Just because you don't know the game that well, doesn't mean you can go around calling people idiots.

I've only ever seen him at the beginning of a new game. The same character does appear as a regular "biker" in the country areas too, but not as a drug dealer. He has the same "skin" and same voice.

no, in fact, he's quite common at the very beginning of a brand new game only... after that he's very rare... The Biker Drug is more common at the beginning of a brand new game than the white guy with the hood Drug Dealer.

Also, do you have a good enough video card? If not, then that may be why you're not getting the video.

There is a 4th drug dealer in the coding, but it supposedly won't ever appear in the game unless you mod. It's a Latino guy, I've seen pictures of it only.

The THIRD dealer, awesome.

As mentioned the only way I ever saw this

guy, was by the PS2 extra-territory glitch

back in 2005. He spawned in SF, as did Ballas

and Vagos and Aztecas. I had flown out to sea,

to create the glitch on a seperate memory card with a 100% save, after reading Agent Ozzy's findings.

I've seen that guy twice first in Angel Pine then in Los Santos near the east beach in the vagos hood..there are alot of biker gangs in the countryside just driving in the road too.

I think you're referring to the other biker guy that's not a drug dealer. That one wears glasses and shows up in the areas that you're referring to.

The biker guy in this video only appears in Los Santos, just as all drug dealers do.

The only way to get drug dealers to appear outside of Los Santos is by the Territory Glitch or by mods.
