just to let you all know,a clown fish here in the algarve "portugal" will set you back about 14€ + - 14$.

I have stopped breeding marine fish and sold all my equipment fish and tanks. I thanks all that have viewed and wish them the best of luck in the future. Until the price of wild caught clownfish goes above $5.00 a fish the business can't make it. Good luck...Snap

It sad that captivity-breed clowns can't compete with wild caught, the price the fishermen get must really be low :S

I have just begun breeding clowns and only as hobby because I find it interesting to watch them grow :P Hopefully I can also sell them to fellow aquarists and maybe spare a couple of wild caught clowns.
