  • Windows 7 + pentium 4 = old news man, mine will happily run windows 7 and Unreal Tournament 3 maxed out :)

  • @MrTpengineer This video is also 2 years old...

  • @CJCA915 True lol

  • how to get the video from the working desktop?.... like this video?

  • @TheMbking12 What do you mean?

  • @TheMbking12 FRAPS

  • @LordofJinn um dude its a simple mistake i looked it up and it turns out the new celeron cpu's had the D at the end of them to let people know that it was not designed for the slot 1 or socket 370 cpu port.

  • @LordofJinn how am i "OWNED" by you just because i was asleep and didn't care to respond first thing in the morning.

  • i have a pentium 4 overclocked to 3.6 it ran freaking great and was able to handle any game i threw at it great processor great for win 7

  • Lol, I used W7 on my old pc too

    P4 630 3 GHz Hypertreading

    2 GB Ram

    NVidia Geforce GT210 512 MB

But it couldn't even run MTA San Andreas good @ 640x480x16 and low xD

  • @Mijnkreft PFFT!!!!! I ran MTA San Andreas at 1366x768x32 with these specs:

    Intel Celeron D 2.66GHz

PNY Geforce 8400gs 512mb Low Profile

    1.7GB DDR RAM

And this was all on an IBM!!!

  • @Robloxian182 lol xD

  • @Robloxian182 um i think their is no such thing as a celeron D their is a celeron and a pentium D but there is not a cerleron D.

  • @jr540123 Prescott-256 Celeron D processors launched June 25, 2004.

The Prescott-256 Celeron D was manufactured for Socket 478 and LGA 775, with 3x0 and 3x5 designations from 310 through to 355 at clock speeds of 2.13 GHz to 3.33 GHz.

  • Then you had the Cedar Mill-512, this Celeron D was launched May 28, 2006,and continued the 3xx naming scheme with the Celeron D 347 (3.06 GHz), 352 (3.2 GHz), 356 (3.33 GHz), 360 (3.46 GHz), and 365 (3.6 GHz). The Cedar Mill Celeron D is largely the same as the Prescott-256, except with double the L2 cache (512 KB) and based on a 65 nm manufacturing process.

  • @CJCA915 oh iget ya see i only knew the celeron as the celeron and didn't know there was a d for the newer version of it thanks.

  • @jr540123 Actually there ARE Celeron Ds. But now I have a 3.4GHz Pentium 4 HT (NOT Overclocked!)

  • @Robloxian182 sweet i have 2.8 ghz at the moment and it kicks ass, now all i need is two gb's of ram and i will be set.

  • i have this on pentium 4 1.4ghz and it's run like crap, startup time take about 35 sec :)

  • I had a similar setup a couple of years ago, and I played Crysys, COD and GTA IV. For some reason, it wouldn't run Farcry 2 without great lagging, but that was fine as I didn't like the game anyways.

With a 512MB AGP card and 2GB of RAM DDR 400 in Dual Channel (that was the maximum that old motherboard would take), it was a perfect machine for any use, including games.

I just had to replace it when it died completely.... It actually was making some black smoke after 6 years of hardcore use.

  • Hahahaha this is nothing for the pentium 4! I have a 478 pentium 4 3ghz HT 800mhz fsb and 1mb L2, 4gb of DDR 400 mhz kingston ram, Intel D865GLC, and a Ati 3650 512mb. Runs crysis on medium to high settings without a hich and UT3 maxed out! Will also load the internet faster than some of our other computers :) Oh and has a sata Western didgital raptor from 2006.

  • @MrTpengineer Oh also running windows 7 at the same time with aero enabled :)

  • Myself, I wouldn't do newest games on Win 7 with any P4 system. If you just want to surf the web and email and do Youtube and Facebook, it's probably fine though. Not everyone's a gamer. If it works for you, great.

  • @patmm97 Well, this is old, I now have a Quad Core...

  • @CJCA915 OK. I saw that you have a quad now but my comment was more for the Other people out there that are wondering about how the P4 would be with 7. I guess I should have started off with "For all of you out there that..." . Anyway, thanks for doing the video and keeping it up. It is still useful info.

  • I Have take Intel P4 2,8Ghz

    Ati radeon 9550 series 256MB

    2048MB Ram

    areo - OK, windows - OK :D

  • hey my friend who made this vid, try using ubuntu for using all 4 gigs of ram. i had the same limits as you and i tried ubuntu with some simple tweaks from google and i got use of all 4 gigs. this was done on a machine similar to urs. not as universal as windows but still good. cheers mate.

  • @nannynicky4life The reason I didn't use all 4 gigs, was I was using the 32 bit version...

  • this means i my amd sempron le 1250 is still enough for games but all i need is ram. gosh................. i 've got only 1gb ram

  • i run windows 7 ultimate 32 bit on a pentium 4 HT 3.0 Ghz / 512 mb ram / 64 mb GPU/ 30 GB HDD and it runs smooth lol

  • @laurens97 really? cause i want to try it on my p4 2.6, 1gb ram, and 32mb gpu :/

  • @chipaputalaguea your pc will run better i have no 1gb ram its mutch better but its just an old pc i also have a normal pc

  • @laurens97 it runs perfectly but the aero is not working :( anyway thx

  • @chipaputalaguea You need at least a 128MB video card...

  • @CJCA915 :( anyway i have a pc win7 and games like mw3 or assassins creed, but i was wondering if i install on my notebook, anyway thx so much for the help :)

  • CRYSIS minimum req is 2.8 Ghz and 1 gb of ram looool on my pentium 4 3 ghz and 1gb of ram and nvidia gefore 6200 256

  • @Skunk199191

More than likely core based ones.

Wow, that's totally hardcore shit running on slow computers........NOT!

Game 950 = Garbage that should be banned from the market.

That's the only bad thing on that piece of shit.

  • How much ram do you use. Im asking cause I got dell dimension with 256 mega bytes pentium 4 and 149 gb hdd. Could this run windows 7 with aero.

  • @thesecuritynerd This had 4GB of RAM in it...

Windows 7 32 bit requires at least 1GB to run smoothly... 2GB for the 64 bit version... as for Aero, you need a video card with at least 128MB of RAM... and DirectX 9 I believe...

  • Let me rephrase what your trying to say, newer is better, but some people are just fine with older.

  • i have no issues with a pentium 4 at all. i had one and it was great for what it was. i've ran windows 7 on it and it was fine. i upgraded to a pentium d and it was a huge jump. still gaming wasn't great though using the same ddr and ati 2600 pro but much better. i now have an athlon II 450 ddr3 and 5670. going from what i was using to what i have now, i have to say newer is much better.

  • Actually i am now messing around on a pc with a p4 2ghz with 2gb ram and a onboard radeon express 200... it is not for gaming.. i have a gaming pc but damn.. windows xp fly's on there :D

  • Did you over clock it using stock cooling?

  • @spriteguywithflash No, it was an aftermarket cooler.

  • @CJCA915 how high would you recommend overclocking it on stock cooling?

  • @spriteguywithflash Well, this Pentium 4 stock speed was 3GHz, and I upped it via the FSB to 3.6GHz... that's the highest I could go via the FSB.

  • @CJCA915 i ran Windows 7 on a Pentium 3,.......don't try it.....SLLLLOOOOWWWW...

  • Dude I'm running Windows 7 on Intel Pentiom 4 3.40 ghz 4GB DDR1 with 1GB ddr3 video card. System rating is very good. I play FSX and FS9 on it works good. :D plays every game I have so far so good :D.

  • @Flightsimulator241 Well, FSX was less than exceptional... now I have a Q6600 @ 2.4GHz, 4GB DDR2, a nVidia 8800GT 512MB GDDR3 video card... and FSX is still less than spectacular on default settings, at least while recording with Fraps...

Other than that, Crysis runs quite nicely on High and Very High settings.

  • why did you install 4gb ram ,when your ram can't readed ? xD

  • @Nedialkata1 Even though 32 bit can't read all 4GB, every bit helps... plus that's how much I was sent from my friend...

Now, I can use all 4GB as I have Windows x64.

  • @CJCA915 good job ;)

  • mine's is default 2.4 ghz and max over. to 3.00gHZ 1.50 gb ram 128 mb video runs perfect for me :DxD

  • Bud, you have Windows 7 32 bit, that's why yo only can see 3 gigs of ram.

  • @888bobdaduck Yea, I know that now, this video is from 2009... now I have Windows 7 64 bit, and see all 4GB's.

  • how ram does you have?

  • @kostas19952 In this computer, I had 4GB of DDR2-800 RAM... that's what I have now amount wise, except I'm using another manufacturer, OCZ Platinum RAM, very nice to.

  • Who needs a product key? Windows 7 Loader FTW! :D

  • @Xenlex777 P4 Rocks i play Bad Company 2 Fallout 3 Cod BO GTA IV and Crysis 1 and 2 on my P4 its just awesome

  • LOL you guys act like Pentium 4 is too ancient to run anything :D

  • @YoutuJ3eJ3lows I don't, my video was to prove it can run Windows 7.

  • @CJCA915 So in order to prove something, people have to believe it's not true, so they must think Pentium 4 is too old for Windows 7 XD

    Joking, great video!

  • @YoutuJ3eJ3lows haha.

Well, many say Windows 7 is bloatware, etc. I've seen Windows 7 run on a Pentium MMX... lol.

  • @CJCA915 I saw it run on Pentium 2, that's about it.

  • Why do people think P4's are trash? I was just playing Crysis 2 on normal settings on my P4 with absolutely no lag. I'm not even joking.

  • My friend has a prescott Pentium 4 at 3.8GHz (stock....WTF?), he has a 9800gt and only 1GB of DDR RAM. So I lent him my copy of CoD WaW seeing that other people could run this game on similar spec but with a little bit (1GB) more RAM.

He has to turn everything down to lowest, turn off AA and put resolution on 800 x 600 just to get a playable frame rate! He's on Windows XP 32 bit. Surely 1GB of DDR RAM can't be the bottleneck here... Is it?

  • @RedHaxorz that has nothing to do with the parts other than maybe the power supply. This sounds like a software problem. Does he have the LATEST Nvidia drivers? the latest are 270.61. But yeah, a system like that should fly through that game at max settings. Now COD isnt a ram intense game, but 2gb would make an ENORMOUS impact in games like Crysis and GTA 4.. Does he have the latest patch for the game? Update everything and tell me the power supply he has. Ive seen this problem before :)

  • @neonzion7

I dunno if he has the latest nVidia drivers, I'll ask him that (but he doesn't have access to the Internet, I'll just download them for him and give them to him on a memory stick in case he doesn't) I gave him all the patches for this game, all I know about his power supply is that it's 550W, I know that information doesn't help so I'll go over to his house to give him the drivers and find out his PSU make...

  • гавно ууууу

  • Whats ur GPU?

  • @Phenom69ll I'm not sure at this time.

  • @CJCA915 how come? just run - dxdiag!

  • @Phenom69ll I don't have this computer anymore, and I don't remember what video card I used in it.

  • does windows 7 key become unusable if used on more than 1 computer?!?!

  • wow.. look at mine.. i play minecraft and stuuff on it... it's 4gb ram thought

  • Play this Youtube video on it and watch your P4 come scretching to a halt.

  • @cobrachoppergirl On the contrary, it plays videos on YouTube just fine, because I watched this video all the way through before I publicized it, to make sure YouTube didn't screw it up, of course now I have a Quad Core, so yea.

  • dude it doesnt take 2gb ram to run windows 7 its 512mb

  • @TheConrad10 I'm just saying what the minimum system requirements according to Microsoft are, and they say that it's best to have at least 2GB of RAM for the 64-bit version, and 1GB for the 32-bit version.

  • its not surprising that he can run win7 on a p4 the system requirements are a 1GHz cpu 20 GB hdd/sdd and a gpu compatible with directx 9 or up with at least 2GB ram

  • @killyrm34300 "He," you mean, me, lol. I made the video.

Yes, but the Pentium 4 is a single core, with hyper-threading, not to mention, it's been out of production for a few years, I have a Quad Core now, but I made this more or less, to show Mac fanboys that Windows 7 runs well even on low end systems.

  • @CJCA915 ya i meen any 1 and im running win7 on a p4 right now to send this message ;)

  • @killyrm34300 Cool.

  • get i5 or i7

  • @msintelcorei7 I have a Quad Core now, not a Core i series, but you're welcome to provide me the funds to buy one...

  • @CJCA915 Haha but i find it that it isnt worth it

i rather buy a new pc than upgrading

  • hey.......... try seven pix for your xp buddy... its win 7 theme

  • @sonupr huh?

  • ha ??? no FSX??????? strange tell me!!

    I run a P4 3ghz 2gb ram ati 9800 128mb (medion based pc) and run FSX!!

ok fact is not at all high settings or so but medium > medium low config will do for now, still i run it on this pc setup.

  • @centelles Well, at this time, I wasn't to fond of FSX at all, due to it's poor coding, and high system requirements to really get eye candy from the simulator, heck, even with my current system setup, a Quad Core, etc. I still prefer FS9, because FSX isn't multicore optimized, like they claim, at least mid range wise, you need a good high end dual or quad core @ or above 3GHz.

  • @CJCA915 in fact thats true what you say, its really a stressing cpu game vs the old good fs9. ok not super performing on fsx (my system) but still ok for the moment altough i would recommend indeed a higher quad or multi core cpu above 3ghz and at least a 512mb card for better performance in fsx. my framerates are between 30-12 depending the scenery and with medium settings like i told.

oh well why drop the old P4 when we still can convert it into an HTPC lollol

  • Why would't 7 run on a PIV?...

  • @omfgroflma0 huh?

Also, this is 10 months ago, I have a Quad Core now.

  • Hi there my sisters pc is a Pentium 4 630 like yours aswell as a 2gb ram and a 7300 GT 512mb, I think I should be able to run windows 7 on there ok but do you think I should upgrade the ram to 3-4 gb? Might overclock the CPU too, do you think the stock cooler is ok enough for it and maybe some thermal cooling?

I know I don't really have a great gfx card, not looking to play anything like Crysis, I'm just aiming to have at least Supreme Comander to play fairly well on it, maybe left 4 dead 2 too.

  • @Andy20799 Just watch your temps.

  • me having 1ly 64mb of video .....with this 64mb video card ....there is no way 2 get graphic ah.....

  • @allwyngidin You'll need to get a dedicated video card, at least Geforce 6 series or higher, and not sure about the ATI equivalent, unless it's a notebook computer.

  • ill break your heart. Im running pc system from 2002 yr - Intel Pentium 4 - 2.4 ghz - 1 gb of RAM, Mainboard GA-8PMTE4 (just changed video card to (ATI RADEON HD 3650 AGP). and I am running windows 7 with no problems.

  • @Dimchface

Get more RAM memory because Windows 7 will become much larger with the upcoming service packs and your computer will slow down to a crawl. 1GB of RAM memory will get you nowhere pretty soon.

  • i install windows 7 on my pentum 4 with 2 gb ram... itz very fast but 4 me aero shake is not working and some of the windows 7 features is not working i asked my friend about this he said 2 update driver when i update my driver ...i says that ur video card does not support aero shake...and it aslo says problem with transprant...i note my motherbard no...and check on internet it says ur video is up2date////plz help me ...i am waiting 4 ur replay....my id is allwynf1@gmail.com

  • @allwyngidin Your video card must have 128MB of RAM, and support at least DX9 I believe to support Aero.

  • I bet you can't get more FPS in games as Farcry/Crysis/BadCompany/CallOfDuty and so on in Windows 7 compare to Windows XP... I mean when using a GRAPHICS CARD that also OLD AS THE COMPUTER without upgrading!, that not have DX10 or DX11!

  • @1337sweden I played Far Cry 2 on Max settings, of course, at the time, until I got a 9400 GT, I couldn't use DX10 graphics, as I had a 7600GS, but I actually could play Crysis on all High settings with the 9400GT, but a 9400GT was not a gaming card, it's more of a multimedia card.

Well, since XP uses DX9, games made in DX10, if they are DX9 backwards compatible will perform better, since DX9 is less intensive than DX10 and/or DX11, which is still relatively new, not many games are even DX11.

  • @miracleguy123 To go from, my stock 3.0GHz to 3.6GHz

  • @miracleguy123 On my computer, I just increased the FSB in the BIOS, but it all depends on your motherboard, etc.

  • I purchased 64 bit windows 7, it says pentium 4 3 ghz is not compatible with 64 bit windows 7 .... anyone else get this?

  • @MrGordonmccormack It should be, unless you're Pentium 4 doesn't have the x64 instruction set, which it should, my Pentium 4 was a Pentium 4 Model 630.

  • i get this error while installing it "Windows cannot install required files. Network problems may be preventing Windows from accessing the file. Make sure the computer is connected to the network and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070005" Any HELP!!!!

  • @sekailover Your computer needs to be connected using wired, it has to be Install not Upgrade.

When you started the install it should have asked if you wanted it to download the latest updates prior to installing. If you clicked yes, it may have downloaded something that got corrupted along the way. Try a clean install or if you are doing an upgrade to keep your programs and things, make sure that you don't check that updates box. You can do Windows Update after you install.

  • @CJCA915 i still get this error , Nomatter i click on update or dont update , plus im not using vista so i cant upgrade it.....

  • @sekailover So, you are using a fresh install, and a retail copy?

  • @sekailover This also might help:

    social.technet.microsoft. com/Forums/en-US/w7itproinstall/thread/08986904-c822-4801-95a5-55ddd5aadcea

  • @CJCA915 Well , First when i install from the boot , the same error (fresh install) , And even from the OS same error (Well Idk what it do fresh or sumthing)

  • @sekailover Hmmmm, if you are installing fresh, from an installation disc, it should go perfectly, I've never ran into that error.

  • @CJCA915 then u might the problem . cuz my MS Site wont open... not even load any help

  • @sekailover Are you doing a completely fresh install, or what?

  • @CJCA915 LOL Look at the Page... and Completely

  • @sekailover I'm not sure why you are getting the error.

Is your system an Apple personal computer?

I see a lot of people who get this error are trying to upgrade from Vista on their Macs.

  • @CJCA915 i have a P4 , 3.00 Ghz, 2 GB ram n the video card amd other stuff

  • @sekailover Hmmmm, from what I see this error is related to updates, it's the common issue I get for that error when I search for it.

    lancelhoff(space).(space)com/windows-update-error-0x80070005/

  • @CJCA915 Can we talk on a messenger , if u have yahoo , PM me ur Email... and shud i click that link?

  • @sekailover Like on a new hard drive, etc.

  • i run windows 7 on celeron m 1.73ghz 756mb ram

  • cool I was wondering if anyone had done this, i use ati hd4650 and run oblivion + over 30 mods and the game is tight. I plan on getting win 7, for another build anyway, plus the xp version I have is only 32 bit.

  • This is RTM or RC?

  • @lunguvirgil3 This was the RTM.

  • I run FSX just fine with a Pentium 4 3.2c @ 3.4ghz with an ATi 3850HD AGP and 2gb RAM

    High settings at 1280x1024

  • @kevinnketamine I never got that good of performance, even at 1024x768.

  • when im installing windows 7 do i have to reinstall all of my drivers or they are kept

  • @ogmix333 If there are Windows 7 stock drivers, they will be installed, if there you are 3rd party drivers, like for video card, sound, etc. you should install them, for all the performance gains, but most of the time Windows Update after install, will install the full drivers.

  • i have amd 64 3500+ 3.9ghz 1 gb ram 7600 gt so could i play mw2 and other games because i played mw2 on xp with no problems

  • @ogmix333 ok.

  • @CJCA915 thanks man nice vid

  • yea ive got Pentium 4 3.08GHZ ATI HD 4650 1GB DDR2 2GB RAM and the evaluation is 4.1 it works great in gaming, better than xp

  • @GogiRB Well, I have a Quad Core Q6600 now, lol.

  • @GogiRB ur p4 is a socket 775? HEH get a 5670 LOL

jk xD would need dual-core for full graphics, otherwise no gaming use for this thing period.

  • @Gibson299 yeah at least a dual-core but is working very well with my p4,what i can't do is playing a game while talking with SKYPE cuz it uses me 18% of the pc O_o

  • you can get P4 up to 4.0, and yes it supports Win 7 64-bit ultimate. You can run Wat ever The FU** on it :P no lag

  • @gangstabadboy23 Dang straight! lol.

  • @CJCA915 thing with games that uttilize multi cores is they won't do any better on a quad then they will a Dual Lol, especially on same or high speeds

  • @gangstabadboy23

sept for gaming, 3.0ghz+ pentium 4's with hyper threads are fast enuff for anything but most of the games today (newer ones) some titles may still run if u have a dece graphics card

  • mee to 9550 ! actually the reson i'm watching this video is because i have a cpu which is the same and i'm planning on making ir run fsx on 2900gt ati radeon hd ! and also 8gb ram 1066mhz corsair ! psu 750 watt which is more than enough i think ! fsx will be running tileproxy so wont need all that autogen stuff ! just worl map remake since the fsx world map is old ! also running on ga-ep45-ud3p board !

  • @Nachalnika FSX is based on CPU, so as long as you have a good enough CPU, with at least a clock speed of 3GHz, you'll be fine.

  • i got a intel pentium 4 3,65 ghz original overclocked to 4ghz

  • haha nice~ im running window 7 64-bit on a pentium 4 630 as well

mines undervolted to 1.3v and overclocked to 3.51GHz =]

haha its amazing how overclockable it is xD

  • Nice, well, I have a Q6600 now, it's very OC'able as well, but going from a Pentium 4 to a Quad Core was a speed increase enough, lol.

I forget what my voltage was set at, all I did was increase my FSB from 200 to like 238 I believe, went from 3GHz to 3.59GHz.

  • Ok I just wrote because you sad it's a limitation of the motherboard!:) But it's the limitation of 32-bit OS instead! But it's OK if you already know that!:) Good video!

  • Your RAM is only 3GB becauce you are running a 32-bit O.S. and that can dedicate only 4GB of system RAM, which includes the memory on your GPU, and because that is 1024GB, you can only see 3 of the 4GB of system RAM, but the O.S can use all the 4GB of the RAM, just don't dedicate the last 1GB!

  • @miajonekem I know that, well, this is old, I have a Quad Core now, and Windows 7 x64.

  • Well, the system requirements for DMC4 is Pentium 4 or AMD equivalent.

  • same problem with me , i'm running with p4 , i think i will buy a new computer

  • Well, I have a Quad Core now.

  • @FoxDeathGV No problem.

  • @FoxDeathGV Searched Google, not sure exactly where I got it, just searched Windows 7 Wallpaper.

  • @AxelofBavaria True, but some didn't believe I was running it on a Pentium 4, mostly loyal Apple fans.

  • wow, i didnt know the pentium 4 could do that, my old computer which i havn't used in about a year has a pentium 4 extreme 3.60Ghz and 2GB Ram on a 945 motherboard with a 7800GTX card. i think i should get that pc up and running again, its just gathering dust (i must clean it lol)

  • i am running on 2.6 ghz can i make it to 3ghz mine is a dual core custom build computer

  • Both of mine are custom builds, you can get it up to that, if you watch your temps, you have a good cooler on your CPU, and your MB and stuff can handle it.

  • Look up on overclock (dot) net

Overclocking can be done a number of ways, it's not all the same, depending on your system, but the biggest issue to make sure your motherboard can handle it, and that you have adequate cooling for your computer and CPU.

  • You can't just overclock it, you must overclock it safely, and how you go about doing it, depends on your system, and you also need adequate cooling, if the CPU has a stock cooler, then overclocking isn't the best option.

  • for some reason i dont knoe wat to do my menu is differnet then other mine is stack not the other where u have to move with left arrow or right arrow it just up or down

  • I am not sure what you mean.

  • hey i got america megetrend also with

2gig ram 200gig hd how can i over clock it reply back thxx

btw i wanted to overclock it cuzz i seen my friend pc and it so faster and he play ctsis high def

  • Their should be a BIOS option, FSB increase, or something, but it all depends on your system, I would recommend getting the manual for your MB first.

Some systems may not have it.

  • whats you full specs?

    PROCESSOR:

    RAM/MEMORY:

    VCARD;

  • @teamcaution10 Well, at the time of this video, they were:

    Intel Pentium 4 @ 3.0 GHz OC'ed to 3.6GHz w/ HT Technology

    4GB DDR2-667

    Nvidia GeForce 9400GT 1GB

    now it's:

    Intel Core 2 Quad @ 2.4GHz

    4GB DDR2-800

    Same video card.

  • you said you can run crysis flawlessly?how many FPS?weve got the same specs..but i have the 9500GT 1GB DDR2. what other games can you run?

  • Yes, at certain settings, but I hope to get a better video card, the 9400GT only has 16 streaming processors, which is why Crysis isn't top notch, compared to other's. I plan to get a higher end card, the 8800, while going back in series, it still will perform better than a 9400GT.

  • Surprisingly I ran Crysis at 12FPS, and it still was playable, now with the Quad it's up a little bit, like 25-31 FPS, but when recording, it's awful, so, like I said, I want to get a higher end card.

I can play Far Cry 2 superbly, now I can play FSX, which on a P4 is impossible, and it look decent.

I also play Star Trek: Legacy, Driver 3, and Need for Speed: Carbon.
