show started to really suck when mike became 'holierthan thou' in real life. personally i liked the acapella final version of the theme song. anyone have it?
“My friend Ray Comfort has produced a powerful piece of media that leaves a lasting mark on your heart and mind. ‘180’ is 33 minutes of video adrenaline, shock, and hope. As defenders of the unborn and messengers of the Gospel of Life, we need to see this video and share it with as many people as we can.” Kirk Cameron - Actor and TV Co-host
I remember being a little kid and rushing home after school, running through the door of my house, dropping my Lion King backpack wherever it landed, grabbing a snack in the kitchen, plopping down on the floor, legs crossed indian style, 3 feet from the tv screen, turning on the disney channel and then...."show me that smile again...."
Thank you for this video. This show will forever be a stamp on my childhood. I wish kids now could see this. Good television.
The dad on this show always cracked me up LOL.I loved how he was a shrink and always at first wanted to talk things out in a calm doctor like manner but Mike could make him go from Shrink Calm Dad to Angry Normal Dad in two seconds LOL
Yup, just like the intro to The Wonder Years. Has a hollow, melancholic quality to it that forces you to subconsciously reflect on things. There, I just verbalized what everyone else was thinking but didn't know how to say.
0:33 This is a cropped shot of Tracey. The full picture is of her and her sister Missy, (who played Katie on "Benson") rollerskating, with their arms around each other. I remember the photo being used to announce Tracey being cast as young Norma Jean, in "Marilyn, The untold story"

@FrankGarrett316 The Wonder Years theme song is absolutely melancholy and nearly downright sad. At least The Growing Pains theme has some cheery qualities too it and people want to hear it again and again. I don't want to listen to the Wonder Years theme.
Anyone noticed when the family heads into the house, whoever stays that's who the plot centers on? If the whole family leaves then it centers them all.
Only in the fourth and fifth seasons, as you'd know, the second and third seasons' opening had only one ending, which was Jason being the last to enter.
I've always liked this tune for some odd reason.I think Alan Thicke actually wrote this song himself but didn't sing it like so many people may think.
