Some good fitness tips, and it's always good to see beautiful, muscular women who aren't trying to be scrawny fitness/swimsuit models. I work out at Nautilus Plus because it's closer and open 24 hours, but after seeing this I might have to start going to Gold's.

I'm 60, a disabled veteran with back problems and I liked the stretch Kortney showed, I'll try that!

I go for endurance, the treadmill, sometimes for 45 minutes. I'm plenty strong enough to pick up whatever I need to and don't need big muscles.

And I carry a glock 27 so I don't fear the bad guys. Too bad you guys in Calif can't really carry.
