and russel t davies says waters of mars isnt part 1 of the triligy so the doctor does fix time and the end of time episodes never existed meaning the masters ring is still there and so is the drumbeat so at the end it ends on the waters of mars
At 0:18, Donna is wearing the Master's ring! Perhaps this will be linked into his resurrection. Also, I think that blue glowing thing is the Eye of Harmony from the old series and that the ring will be used inside of it to resurrect the Master.
