I just bought this phone for Christmas. I got it in Christmas of '09, and I had it for a good ten months before I lost it. This phone was awesome, and the text messaging was cool because it had converstation mode. My blackberry now does not have conversation mode, which sucks. Overall this phone rocked, but a month before I lost it, it started having screen problems and stuff. I like this phone so much that I re-bought it

I've been using the Xenon for almost a year now and can report no problems with it. The keyboard is well constructed and better then a touchscreen only keyboard. The camera is quite fair and does produce good video. Doesn't have the app structure of an Android or IPhone, but it's not a smartphone so have to remember that and deal accordingly.

Also surfing the Internet is not that bad an experience.

For the money a good texting phone.

I had one in black and it was the best phone I have ever and will ever have! I dropped it so many times its not even funny and it only had scratches. The camera is only 2 megapixels but the pictures it takes are stunning. It doesn't have many features but the touch screen never failed me and neither did the keypad

I'm on a rogers contract and can't get a new one for a long time. I want to cancel it. My best friend had the exact same phone as me and she needed a new one because hers did all this as well.

I'm having a problem with my phone. Every time a download a video onto my Micro SD card, songs work, but my MP4 files turn out to not have any video. I have tried another Micro SD card, and the same thing happened. Also, I have nothing on these cards. If I use MPEG, the file doesn't even pop up. What the hell do I do?

I've had this phone for over year and in my opinion, I love it. The touch screen has lasted a good while and I even dropped in in the toliet and on the ground MANY TIMES. It's a strong phone. But, me and my friends do know that it does freeze sometimes and mine is freezing more then ever when I hit send to a text. That does piss me off, but again, I did drop it in the toliet. I love the keyboard, the camera and pretty much everything about it. That battery doesn't always last long though.

to continue my rant if you're going through your contacts and you hit somebody's name it actually scrolls away from them so you have to actually type their name out to get to them, which isn't that bad, but it's a hassle. it takes forever to receive and send picture messages which gets annoying. also the charger for this phone sucks so you spend an extra $20 every couple of months getting a brand new charger. not to mention AT&T stopped making this phone all together because it sucked so much

this is the worst fucking phone in the universe. seriously don't even waste your time or money. it freezes every two seconds and the only way to fix it is to remove the back as well as the battery and restart the whole phone. it has the WORST battery life. it hangs up randomly when you're trying to talk to someone. you have to delete your inbox/outbox if you get like 70 messages. the internet button is right next to the "a" key so when you're trying to text you end up going on the internet etc.
