@MrJnavar10 It has to do with a sullen heart (from him finding the girl's pictures in the glove compartment). They replace it so that he can overcome the sudden depression when "disappointment and regret" collided. It also got him thinking that it's unfortunated that the glove compartment has no gloves with which to keep warm.

@BunnyCollective I was dumb enough to try the surgery on myself, went into shock for a few months. Now that i've accepted my damaged heart I refuse to let it go again. As with changing the name of the glove box, it's finding the wrong problems to fix.
