I'd guess that it's from iMegaphone, her 1998 album. I can't be positive, but her voice sounds the same here as in Come Here Boy, which is from that album. I hope that helps some.

I guess that the problem of over effecting is only revealing here on youtube. most effects that changes Brightness and Contrasts gets horrible when uploaded here. Specially white Flashes and quick fading changing scenes.

but anyway. I loved the video. the editing is GREAT! and the music fits perfectly! XD
