you guys are AMAZING dancers at this school, except with the napkins at the very very end, the choreography was prime! i wish kids at my school could dance or keep a beat...or something musical like that. lol. nice job!

I'm from Mt. Vernon, so I'm wondering if I know any of them. We are doing this for our spring musical right now, our costumes are a lot simpler, but yours look a lot more fun!!

it was ok. The singing was good, but the dancing was really bad. You guys shouldve been more synchronized. The objects in the background looked like dead wood. It needed more happy, "be or guest" feeling. Also, lumiere really needed work on his accent and overall suave, french personality.

This was decent. I do have a few critiques

1) Lumierre should be more active. Plus he's the one in the show with the whole accent, but he didnt really try.

2) The objects look like death.They should smile more, and act like they want to be there

3) The set and atmospheere should have had a more 'magical' feel since it is Disney.

I did like this, but I still feel ours did better.

wow, since when did this turn into a "my production of beauty *the beast is better than yours" competition?

my school did a production of b&b in late feb. &early march.

and i think every version i see of the show has it's ups and it's downs, so everybody needs to stop bashing on each other.

whoeer made the comment about belle dancing... everyone has their own interpretation of the show. our belle did the soft shoe aswell.

the point is that everybody in the production worked their butts off at rehearsals, and if you've been in ANY kind of play or musical you know how much enthusiasm, effort and time that takes. have respect for all theatre &stop bragging about yours.

I thought it was very good but maybe if the chorus was a little more enthusiastic!! but besides that it was goodish!The dance break was also kinda weird with belle doin it! shes supposed to be watching and having much emotion( suprised)

in the actual broadway production of b and the b belle does the dance break with lumiere. i was the beast. i have a bunch of other videos from the show so check them out.

My school is doing a production of Beauty and the Beast this year and it is soooooooo much better. Our dancers are better, our lumiere and mrs. potts can actually sing, our ensemble singing can actually be heard and p.s. chip is a cup not a plate of fruit. DUH! p.p.s. it looks like belle already ate everything in the kitchen, so what's the point of the number.....are you just trying to fatten her up so the beast can eat her later? :p THIS PRODUCTION WAS A DISGRACE.........Kindly write back asap.

By far the best number of Be Our Guest I have ever seen!

AMAZING dancing by the enchanted objects. Omg the salt and pepper were adorbale and cheese grater...holy crap she did like 11 turns on point!

I like the Mrs. Potts. she was different and less flamboyant and fake than others.

the can-can line was great. and lumerier was cool. a little goofy but great! nice featherduster too.

were doing this show this year and it wont be half as good as this.

yeah in VLC you transcode it as an MP4 file. it's pretty easy. then it's already in quicktime file and can go right on to the net

Wow... Umm

1) Lumiere... needs to be more active. Hes supposed to put the life into the play... he was pretty dull. Also his voice... no french accent.

2)Enchanted objects... needs to be louder and smile you're having fun and you're excited... didnt look like it.

3)Mrs. Potts... wow...

Sorry. Im a hard critique but we did better and we come from a "middle of nowhere" town.

if you have the DVD and you don't have to decrypt it then you can use VLC player or iMovie or something like that to import it. it's not that hard

We just finished our B&B today and I must say you were much better. All the choreography must have been difficult. Where did you get the plates. Thats what I was and ours didn't even match the rest of the costume (what little there was) let alone spin.

our crew built it. we have been doing these shows for like 20 years and we hire people to work on everything. so the woman in charge has been building sets for us for like 17 years. other people come in to do the drops and other stuff, but all the students help with the building...

Personally, I think its sad that you people are fighting like this and that someone say something like that about a production staring children. What kind of person are you. As a theatrical performer/designer/director I am a huge fan of B&TB, and know of how hard of a show it is, and to see high schoolers do it amazing. The only thing I must comment is that the choreography is clearly ripped from the Broadway production.

The costumes are Amazing! The Sets are Amazing! The acting... The singing.... sucked. There was no heart at all! it looked like they just went on stage to look good. I've done BatB on a small budget and Visually that was more pleasing but our production had Heart. (and you could hear us)
