@Summon256 Yeah, one of the worst. It's full of glitches, and is SO EASY. A friend of mine defeated Dracula without playing the game before.

Castlevania is a saga of hard games, and Symphony is stupidly easy.

The only difficult boss in the game is one that you can defeat with a glitch (you hit him in the legs and that's all, there's nothing that boss could do!)

It's like Dracula from Simon's Quest.

If the game is a little easy, it's OK, but Symphony was exaggeratedly easy. The most forgettable battles.

@Summon256 Haha, the persons that say that kind of things of Symphony (that about don't picking weapons) always make me laugh. Galamoth was precisely the boss with the glitch, you only have to hit him in the legs and that's all. And Dracula? The only Dracula that I beat without using potions.

The spells and all that things was one of the motives of the game being THAT easy.

@Summon256 No, I wouldn't get bored of that Symphony! But, I said that I like challenge in a game not that was the most important thing. I have played easy games that were great, but that games weren't from a series that I love and played almost completely (and all the others games were difficult ones). Anyways, I like the RPG elements of the Igavanias, but... Symphony was SO EASY, that's all. It was not a bad game, but for me... I only finished it because is part of the Castlevania series.

It was with this game, that the Castlevania series was revived, and become legendary. Truth be told, it was with this game, that Castlevania became more like Metroid, but I always said this is the direction that Castlevania needed to go, because a regular 2D platformer like the original Castlevania has little replay value.

In my opinion, they haven't really made one bad Castlevania (except Judgement) since SotN. All of them have been, at the very least, "good". I've played all of the DS/GBA ones too, and they're all good.
