Besides, they can just borrow the money from the fed and run up the debt some more and not have to deal with it for a couple of gens. He mentioned that we have had a base in South Korea for over 60 plus years. We have bases all over the world. England, Germany, Kosvo, Italy, Japan (which I may add has been there since 1943). Its a stability issue. In these times a base in the MIDEAST is very important to keep the welfare of the US healthy.
