They don't pay their dealers for the full cost on warranty work! I have had nothing but trouble getting my 2012 Keystone Outback 298RE serviced at any of the 3 service centers they sent me to. Each one has said the same thing "we will cover what Keystone will pay for but any overages on the warranty work you will have to pay for". You should take the trailer to where you bought it to get the work done!". Brutal! I bought a Ford truck and if it craters, all I have to do is take it to any Ford rep
@beri232 That's why I would buy a used Airstream and modify it myself. These are lovely trailers but not worth the trouble if they don't support the warranty.
