Its hard to tell becuase of the different style in animation but Strike Freedom is fast.....very fast. Gundams like Exia need to use tran-am just to get to Freedom's normal speed.

On top of that your assuming that 00 Gundam gos trans-am before Kira removes one of it's arms which is a very common thing for him to do. If 00 loses an arm that also means a GN drive gos bye bye

about strike freedom...to me exia would lose in this fight. yes the GN sword could probably cut through SF's energy shields, but its PS armor isnt exacly weak you kno. it can take some good hits from beam based attacks bt it can probably with stand the GN sword. if it was the GN sword III then maybe not since its a "perfect" design. remember in the first episode of s2 the GN sword was cut through. SF in my opinion has the ability to cut through the blade, bt maybe not the GN sword III.

and the SFs beam shields block beam weaponry.

wether or not the GN blade can cut through PS-armour is debatable as the suits are not from the same universe, I don't agree with your statement that it's similar to the GN-field, vibrating or releasing particals won't stop a magnet from being a magnet(in case PS armour is in fact a kind of magnetic coating that is)

Actually the Exia can also block point block shots thanks to Trans-Am system (shown in S2 when Cherudim, another suit but also used GN-Drive, dodged a point blank beam saber from a Gadessa thanks to a 5 sec Trans-Am), now think the Exia in a similar manner.

Like I said again, do watch a few more episodes to know the abilities of the GN-Drive. Its almost IMBA combination of ZERO System and Minovsky particles

If this were real,

kira would of lost as if he were one of the AEU Ms.

Exias blade was made for breaking shelds but it can also cut throught the toughest metals.And heres Strike freedoms weakness As you can see in seed whenever a gundam is shot *BOOM* And thats how weak the phase shift ammor is also the ps ammor must have power for it to operate.

And the exia's MAIN WEAPON, as you're crying out, is completely useless against the freedom and it's phase-shift armour, it was designed to cut through GN-fields and normal armour, not phase-shift armour.

The exia is a nice mobile suit, it's just completely outgunned and outperformed by the strike freedom wich has a nuclear reactor for infinite energy.

Exia's GN swords aren't just designed for GN fields, the blades of each of his swords have been made to cut though anything besides beams and it is stated in an early episode that it can cut through 5 layers of E-Carbon without trying, and if your wondering what E-Carbon is, its the strongest metal made, much stronger that Phase Shift Armor(which really in retro spec is much lower in quality) which can be broken through with standard beam weaponry such as sbers and guns (demonstrated by Shinn)

this is really starting to annoy me, Shinn stabbed through the Freedom's phase shift armor with the EXCALIBUR sword, which is a solid weapon and a beam for the mid section, the solid part went through the armor like nothing

Exia doesn't finch when hit with beam guns while the Strike Freedom had its hands full with the Legends beams

your right, in seed if any gundam gets shot by a beam they get destroyed, shows how weak phase shift is. in 00 beams dont really hurt the exia as much as they do to seed gundams. exia could probably defeat strike freedom.

Nuclear Fusion Reactor = Solid Energy Source, Infinite, but the pilot is dead once the reactor's been hit (Kira actually managed to survive the explosion of the Freedom by cutting out the Fusion Reaction before the explosion reaches the torso)

GN Blade = A blade which can cut through anything (E-Carbon, Phase Shift). And as stated by Lockon (Neil), it is an Anti-Gundam weapon

Trans-Am System = Super OMG speed

Try watching 00 Gundam, here's Neil quote:

"Setsuna...you know why the Exia is equipped with that huge blade? You are our Ace if one of our Gundam technology gets stolen."

GN Drive actually is an infinite power source, sure Trans Am does run out but its just like a "Burst Mode" where in GN particles are release on around 150%. But once Trans Am is over, the suit is still functional (thus it does not run out)

GN Blades additionally can also cut through any armor (E Carbon being the stongest)

the gundam might still be functional but it can't attack and it's extremely vurnable to attacks, in short, after the trans-am runs out the suit will be torn appart unless it's saved

and you know why E-carbon is the strongest in OO? cus PS-armour doesn't exist in OO. + PS armour isn't an armour material, it's more like a magnetic coating.

And in regards to your statement, as you said PS armor is more like a magnetic coating which prevents projectiles and solid blades. But do take note, a GN Blade can cut through GN Shields (which in a manner very similar if not superior to the PS armor), the blade cuts through armor (and field) by vibrating and emitting a few GN particles to heat the blade

And as we know if SF uses beam shields = bye 1 or 2 arms

Additionally, PS armor can't defend against beam based weaponry (which the Exia has 4: 2 beam sabers, and 2 beam daggers). Combined with Trans Am, the beams will be lengthen due to the higher output release of GN particles (think 00 Gundam's OMG Raiser Sword). Additionally Exia can also release the limiters of the GN Drive thus further increasing his speed and thrust in the strike of the GN Sword (think eps 25 of S2).

Just try to remove any biases first, remember that Freedom/Strike Freedom rely more n beam weaponry, where in the Exia and the 00 Gundam can easily stand a few beams (seen in season 2 episode 1~onwards ). Thus once they get in close enough, SF is screwed (especially once Exia goes Trans Am).

I'm a big Freedom fan also, but those facts quite give the suit a disadvantage in this cross-over battle.
