  • Who Cares About The Gas Mileage, I Would Still Like To Own One. At Least I'll Feel "Extremely" Safe In It Better Than "Today's" Plastic Cars.

  • @dejohn913 new cars are safe

  • My friend's dad had a '65 Polara. Owned it till it was stolen in 1977.

  • This is the old classic car I want. LOVE THOSE HOT TAIL LIGHTS! :)

  • The 67 Chrysler fastback coupes were just gorgeous. I remember seeing a Chrysler New Yorker in that configuration. It was just about the most elegant car I'd ever seen.

  • wow - i gotta get one of these

  • I love the late sixties Chryslers/Dodge/Plymouths, but both mid and full size from 66-67 just hurt the eyes. Sooo ugly. Too many lines going nowhere, and that weird concave in the middle - why?

  • LOL - When it passes by the ship, it almost looks like it really is just as big.

  • want another point of view? take the h'wheel !

  • Nothin' like an ol' skoo car with chrome

  • lol she had a surprise between her thigh's!

  • They have better looking tail lapms than the 1968 Polaras. But the 1968 Polara has nicer front end.

  • note no stupid "do not attempt" disclaimer, I guess in the 1960s people knew not to jump off a bridge just because you saw it on TV.

  • anybody know how many 67 polara's were made in the convertible. i think there very rare.

  • @laborer110 just you

  • the tail-lights of the 67 polara used to scare me as a youngster.I wouldnt go near those monstrous tail-lights,lol.I was scared of a 59 impala too!

  • @IwontConform You had reason to be scared.

  • Yeah Polara was a good looking car, that slant tail and big wedge tail lights. that's when metal and plastic was in the right amounts. Gas mileage was like 9 on the highway and 12 in the city. When you slammed your gas pedal to the floor, you could see the gas needle just dropping before your eyes to E. Something like 40 some odd cents to a gallon for gas in 1966,nobody gave a damn.

  • I'm gonna buy one for when I go pimpin'.

  • The ULTIMATE "LEAD SLED"!!!

My mouth is watering Right Now!!

  • I just ejaculated in my pants.

  • @WunderDoob You sure did. I can see it.

  • I did like the "hot new architecture of '67" trunk lid and tail lights of this car. I thought they looked good back then.

I remember this blonde girl well, with her often-repeated slogan at the end of each commercial: "The Dodge rebellion wants YOU!" (pointing).

  • The lady's really spread for the Polara.

  • my husband has one of these and he is restoring it! I love this car

  • Comment removed

  • @TheLizardKing1967 Uh, this is a '67, not a 2011. lol

  • @boardskins I own a 1969 Dodger Charger and it's 2010. My car is worth more than your home. LOL

  • @TheLizardKing1967 What does that have to do with your original idiot comment? And unless your '69 is a mint survivor with a hemi, I know my house is worth more. LOL LOL

  • In '67 I would've taken the Pontiac Grand Prix over the Polara any day.

  • "If you think you hate it now, just wait 'till you drive it!"

  • LOL

  • "and if you think the Polara looks good from here" and then the camera pans back and back and back and back...and then we see the whole car.

  • I'm a Dart woman myself.

  • The '67 was the prettiest Monaco. Shame they didn't make a model car version.

  • I would have loved having Pam Austin fall into my tugboat 40 ears ago!

  • MMMMM..would love to own a 67´ Polara

love the tail-lights and the 383 cui

  • I agree, The awesome taillamps were the frosting on a perfectly proportioned work of art A real blend of elegance and brute force!

  • I had a 67 Monaco 500 many years ago and what a great hiway car. No feel of the road at all.

  • My avaliation: ZERO!

  • Yeah wat u named are cool cars, but what i mean is til the 19702s you had real American styled cars , those cars you dont see any, ore.

  • when i was little some lady had one it was white and i like the taillights at night

  • they make this thing look better than it really is

  • WOW! The rear of that car is the one thing that stuck out to me when I was little. The rear and side profiles looks SWEET!

  • those rear headlights are very hot

  • @ZorbinEUR exactly! thats what i'd like to see in today's cars... apart of the boring designs...

  • @ZorbinEUR we typically call those "tail lights"

  • @jagfn007 why the hell wud u bother even responding to my comments thats more than 2 years old?? r u sane in ur brain

  • @ZorbinEUR it's not as though he read it when you posted it then waited 2 years to respond. I have responded to old comments because I JUST SAW their comment for the first time.

  • You can say that again.

  • Wow nice car, its a shame that the Us cars looks so borring in 2008

  • Says you, guy; have you seen the 2009 Camaro, the 2009 Charger, the PT Cruiser, and the 2009 Ford Mustang? They're all just as good as the Dodge cars of the mid-to-late '60's

  • yeah but those current cars ALL took their styling cues from the late 60's early 70's.

  • Uh, sorry, they took their cues from Japanese designers, most likely.

  • Wow. When I was a kid, my grandmother had a '68 Polara, gold with a white vinyl roof and white interior. Same body style but different grille and full-width taillights. Got any '68 Polara commercials?

  • I been looking for one my self . I have a mint condition 68 polara 500 2 door. see a commercial would be nice

  • 'the dodge rebellion'

    anagrams to

    'The bloodier legend.'

no doubt -a top choice for single soldiers looking for some tail.

  • Another great Dodge Commercial with a Great Car and Pam Austin. Can we create a Pam Austin Fan Club?
