I remember seeing Peter Gabriel outdoor summer '94 in Oslo. 500 people attending because it was raining cats and dogs all day. Christ it was wet. But 5 minutes before he came on it stopped raining and the sun came back! :)

For me this is is one of the greatest live performances of all time. awesome Drama & art combined with a great some with paula Coles backing. It does ot get better than that. He has not bettered this performance in any of his most recent concerts.

Que imprensionante producción,claro que se trata de Peter Gabriel.Genio,talento y figura,combinado con su gran don de gentes ,desde el punto de vista humano y solidario,explicando en forma de vídeoclip en directo,como alguien puede ser capaz de tener esa capacidad de expresión tal,utilizando la mímica de una forma exquisita y concluyente.Muchos músicos y artistas de renombre deberían tomar ejemplo de alguien que no solamente piensa en sí mismo.

Is it really live version?? Look at their helmets with cameras (except Peter's one)- some parts they wear them, some don't.. another mix? Anyway really like that tune!

Yeah, there is something odd about this performance/footage. I know Peter likes to give live-sound some treatment before putting it out there, maybe vain or just pride in his work. But yes, this will remain The Eternal Mystery Of The Disappearing Helmets With Cameras.

Still, this version is by far the best.
