(It can be even 99% - so it is the strongest drink on the world). By the laws of the EU, the pálinka can only produced and bottled in Hungary. (Council Regulation (EEC) No 1576/89)

  • Ez a sok hus, gulyas stb. mar annyira elcsepelt! Kar, h a zoldseges eteleinkrol szinte semmit sem tudnak a kulfoldiek. Pl. a fozelek nekik full ismeretlen.

  • The sausage fest was greate! I wan't to come back for the wine festivals in spring. Don't miss it! In this year we wen't to Budapest to see the treasures here. We've been to the parliament, the heroes square, the buda castle, the st Stephan's basilica, etc. But what I really like here the SPAs , at Budapest are 118 natural spring fountains. What worth is the cheap hotels. We were staying at Hotel Thomas, neart the city centre but we pay just 29EUR/room inc. breakfast. Book here: hotelthomas . eu

  • Actually it is not 'Gypsy music' but Hungarian music played by Gypsy musicians. Gypsy music is a little different from Hungarian music.

  • There is no hungarian music without gypsy musician :)

  • yes, there is.

  • @cloudcrazy86

    how wrong you are...

  • pappflora12, pls give me reasons, why am i wrong? i am not talking about Lagzi Lajcsi or i don't know which popular singer, i said traditional music( kifejezetten nepzenerol beszelek, nem korodhoz illo dance slagerekrol)

  • @cloudcrazy86

amm én speciel rühellem a dance slágereket...

  • @pappflora12

en eppen a zeneszekre ertettem, minden igazi bandaban van cigany zenesz is( hegedus, nagybogos) tehat, ciganyok altal huzott zene...

orulok neki h eppen a dance slagereket nem szereted, es annak foleg h a magyar nepdalokat ertekeled:)

  • @cloudcrazy86

jah akkor valahol elolvashattam(ne aggódj hamarosan megkapom a szemüvegem :D[amm télleg])

  • @kicsiqki haha tudom nekem is bekattant :p

  • @kicsiqki The same here. Strangers mistake traditional romanian music as gypsy music.....and thats when we start crawling up the wals.

  • Der hr nobody has ever heard that before!

Ennyi erővel a telefont ne telefonnak, hanem tilifhón-nak ejtsd -.-

    nyasgem

  • bálint, köszönöm a hozzászólásod, akármennyire primitív is. te ejtsd ezentúl a tokait tokájnak és budapestet bjúdapesztnek (bár gondolom amúgy is szarsz a magyar nyelvre), ugyanakkor ejtsd new yorkot nevjorknak - a te nyelveden - akármelyik is az: gtfo mofo :), ha ezt jobban érted. nemzetközi kiejtés? téged ki tanított beszélni?

  • gulyással találkozhatsz pl csehországban is.

    részemről tártalan a további vita

  • sounds closer to Spanish than to Turkish hahah

  • Bullshit! Don't believe it. It's just as much scientific as creationism. Sumerian has nothing to do with Hungarian which is well known to every Hungarian except for a very small biased minority that mistakes stupidity for patriotism.

  • Ohh boy....another smart guy -_-

  • "infinity" Actualy, it all looked really delicious. Looking at it, made me a non Hungarian Hungry guy. I'd love to stay and chat, but I'm going to get a bite to eat.

  • Sry, I just get a little pissed off when someone makes funn of my ppl (we have enough problems with romanians and slovaks bugging us every 10 seconds). No hard feelnigs :)

  • "Infinity" To tell you the truth, there was no need to appologize, being that I didn't even interpret your comment as anything unfriendly. I actualy thought you were saying it with a chuckle. I only made my second comment since I was here already to read your reply and I had already made a joke. Appology accepted anyway. Someday I'd like to go to that place shown at :10 I like the big pots hanging over the fire outdoors. I reminds me of places in Mexico with big Cazos cooking Carnitas outdoors.

  • Man you are so stupid..

  • Whats your problem?

    You care to explain?

  • You know, Hungaryan people are wery sensitive about their country. And also harmless jokes like this is made reactions like mine. Our history is wery dark and self defense is in our vain.[the first world war, trianon(we lost more than half of our countrys territory) than the nazis and second world war, than the kommunists]And this is only the XX-century.I sure you understand now my problem.Nothing personal.

  • @AdamFromTheMoon you lost territories that weren't even inhabited by hungarian people. i don't understand the aberrant hungarian nationalism.

  • @loonycushion Time to learn History my friend and you will understand. We do and we are Hungarians

  • You must taste our fish soup by the way.

  • See the map of the dominions of the House of Habsburg 1547,Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor and King of Spain defended dominion against Turks

  • The name of Hungary is coming from the Turkish word On-ogur(meaning Ten-tribes), the other countries accepted this form and changed as the languuage is changed, from onogur to Ungarus, Ungar, Venger

in the medieval ages in the Latin language the Ungarus, Ungaria changed to Hungarus, Hungaria, that form was accepted by English and other languages.

But we Hungarians call ourselves to Magyar, this was the biggest tribe from the ten tribe

  • Thank you, thats very interesting. You mentioned about 6 or 7 different names, resulting from the transformations over the years. You know, I always thought that Hungarian was derived from Huns. But you didn't mention that one, so I guess not. In the small colonial town, within Jalisco, Mexico where my family is from, whenever they refer to gypsies they just simply call them "Hungaros"(Hungarians). They never even say gypsies. Those cazos at 0:10 look like carnitas and chicharron.

  • yes there are many theory about our origins, but this version is maybe the most accepted, maybe we are the ancestor of the Huns too, there are some old legend about it, like the legend of Hunor and Magor, Hunor was the leader of the Hun's, Magor the leader of Magyars, they are the sons of the Biblical Menrot(Nimrod).

About the gypsies in Mexico, i know nothing, yes possible they emigrated from here, cause Hungary wasn't friendly for other ethnic groups. I should say many thing about it

  • you can see in other languages our name: Anglo-Saxon: Ungerland Corsican: Ungheria Estonian: Ungari Greek: Ουγγαρία Irish: an Ungáir Icelandic: Ungverjaland Italian: Ungheria Haitian Creole: Ongri Latvian: Ungārija At 0:10 this is the Goulash it is almost like a soup and the meet is usually beef, btw we mostly eat pork :)
  • i forgotted an important
