@deejayashir Hi, i used to use this, and yes only friends who installed the app can see it and no u dont need to do it when u sign it. But really i hated page rage although its cool, it is harmful to your computer i had it and it crashed my PC everytime i went on facebook! And its soo slow. But its up to you:)
