  • 5.Pre-heat the oven lower 180C/upper210C. Or 200C if only 1 selection. Bake 10mins,Take out & brush little metled butter on the surface. It's done !!

  • 3. Take out the dough & roll into ball shape. cover with plastic wrap for about 1 to 1-1/2 hrs for 1st rise (under 27C - room temperture, until it double in size).

    4. after risen, cut into small piece (40g each). roll into ball shape again, cover with plastic wrap for 2nd rise. About 40 mins under roo temperture or you can put a cup of warm water near the dough for better effect.

  • bread flour 500g、water 260g、salt 1 teaspoon、instant yeast 8g、milk powder 20g、sugar 100g、butter 40g

    method:

    1. except butter, all ingredient put into the mixing bowl, using "S" hook with slow speed at the beginning. Change to high speed when no any dry powder are seen.

    2. when it turn into dough, put the butter in with high speed until smooth surface.
