I cannot begin to understand anothers pain, wounds or scars that they carry, as i have not walked in their shoes, but trusting in the Lord for his guidance, faith and strength can break that invisible wall down. I hope you find that in which you seek and can have peace, joy and the Love of the Lord. May God Bless you in your personal quest. Only our Lord can help you with the image issue. The Bible is where i gather my facts. Facts cannot be twisted or changed like an opinion or belief.
Pls keep n mind when u say Jewish most Jesus images hav pale skin, yellow hair &blue eyes. NOT very Jewish.... Please also consider that according 2 some folk's interpretation of the bible, Jesus had dark skin, hair like wool etc. The point I've tried to make is that there is a whole race of ppl who have been wounded & 2 consistenly show the most high in that image of the wounders, causes pain & hurts many hearts. Again if its unimportant than why not display a more inclusive image. God Bless U!

Does anyone know if Jesus was of a Jewish decent ? And generally what color is their skin ? I am just curious, if my Bible has misled me ? God and Jesus are both ALL inclusive, aren't they ? I have a dream that someday we can see the real soul inside and quit wasting time with matters that are unimportant. We must remember that we do not know what Jesus looked like ? These are " Artist Renderings" of what they think he looked like. The Lord place part of himself in each of us. Image is just a house you see or think you see, the real treasure is what's inside. We judge with our eyes and often miss the message hidden within. "Pure Light" is made up of all colors of the rainbow and the Father has given that gift to all. Image means nothing if you judge a book by the cover ?

She began to cry and held my hand. She passed away 2 days later and she died with Dignity and Grace. Pls keep n mind when u say Jewish most Jesus images hav pale skin, yellow hair &blue eyes. NOT very Jewish.... Please also consider that according 2 some folk's interpretation of the bible, Jesus had dark skin, hair like wool etc. The point I've tried to make is that there is a whole race of ppl who have been wounded & 2 consistenly show the most high in that image of the wounders, causes pain & hurts many hearts. Again if its unimportant than why not display a more inclusive image. God Bless U!

I have a dream that someday we can see the real soul inside and quit wasting time with matters that are unimportant. We still want to judge a book by the cover, without even getting to know who the author was ? How can we get our minds to open, to accept, to be one under God ? Will it ever happen ?

We must remember that we do not know what Jesus looked like ? These are " Artist Renderings" of what they think he looked like. The Lord place part of himself in each of us. Image is just a house you see or think you see, the real treasure is what's inside. We judge with our eyes and often miss the message hidden within. "Pure Light" is made up of all colors of the rainbow and the Father has given that gift to all. Image means nothing if you judge a book by the cover ?

Isn't Jesus called the light of the world ? Isn't he pure light ? Doesn't that mean to those that know, that he's the Father to all us brothers and sisters regardless of that 1/16 inch of skin tone ? On him or us ? Who among us knows what he would look like, if we saw him ? Who says that he has a color ? Maybe he is "pure light" ? We should not see color, or judge, just love one another for who they are inside. We need to let go of bitterness, anger, hate and love one another. The Father said.

Image is everything and when we see the Image of God, the most high, in a Caucasian version only, it may indicate to many that a certain race is more favored then all the other races that he created. She began to cry and held my hand. She passed away 2 days later and she died with Dignity and Grace.
