Its not resurection thats the problem its the other player I fight across the internet every time I beat their dark pheonix flawless or just barely made it they imediately RQ'd

Heres a pro tip (sarcasm on the word "pro") don't use a low health character then try nova or if you don't own UMVC3 then use sentinel though it won't make much of a difference because I will beat sentinel big n easy hit box no problemo.

Usually players who use dark Phoenix often assume that she is nigh invincible without realizing that its not a game of slipping up but really keeping up. I usually hate it when teams just end up being 2 guys and Phoenix while banking everything on her so that they can build the 5 meters quickly because they literally can't do anything else.

Maybe performing snapbacks would help force pheonix out just make sure you press the right assist button to force her out.

Most of the two characters I see teamed up with pheonix are, sentinel, zero, wolverine, dante or wesker.

No I don't have a problem with these characters I just tend to see these guys alot and they are a good team for pheonix users but against me cause I use rocket raccoon making him hard for enemies to do OTG I don't have a problem with sentinel/wesker.

Easy input but it sacrifices a hyper combo gauge.

Hadouken direction input and press one of the assist buttons make sure you press assist 2 to force pheonix characters out most players keep pheonix for last so they can transform into Dark Pheonix when nearly dead, also if her health is nearly gone I recomend blocking or stay away due to her transformation cause great damage.

Phoenix, on the other hand, just goes around doing more or less permanent lockdowns... either you kill her before she fires off anything or you're screwed.

Also, it looks like X-factor only boosts the power of supers now, not all attacks, so that severely cuts her attack power down.
