AWFUL!!! VONAGE IS DISGRACEFUL - I have been involved with a variety of customer service situations, but no such experience was as dreadful as dealings from Vonage. Vonage intentionally misled me and other potential customers into understanding that its digital phone service would work with the current AT&T DSL service I had at the time. What a crock a sh*t.
Don't even think of ordering this service unless you have 2 separate phone lines or stand alone DSL service going into your house. Vonage did not tell us -- despite direct questions on our part -- that a special DSL service (stand alone) would need to be installed by our internet provider. They informed us that our present DSL over a phone line would be fine.
well, vonage informs everyone that a DSL or cable satelite is needed to run its service.. as VONAGE is a VOIP.. shut up.. youre just too idiot to understand the rep's presentation of the service...duh......

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That Whoo hoo hoo song drives me FN crazy. I purposly turn the chanel when it comes on and then forget to turn it back and miss my shows. One station played it a lot so I blocked the chanel!
