@Timmitous You finish a game as fast as possible, using bugs/glitches for your help to finish it faster. The "jump thing", called bunnyjump, is common in speedruns for Half-Life and Quake and some other games since it's faster than running.

This includes Console commands/trainers but under my definition also includes glitches and bunny hopping which was not intended by valve as means of movement. So yeah you are cheating.

i can help you guyz install sweet half life when you download it press the right mouse butten on hl icon on your dektstop... then find target when the traget opens find a file called valve then when you have the sweet half life files just copy theme all and paste in the valve replace all the fiels and tada sweet half life! sorry for my english im russian!

p.s. if anyone of you played opposing force Shepard escaped xen with somekind of guy or a chick on an alien space ship! He will be back!
