I am not sure how I missed this video since i not only subscribe to your channels but also have the email notification on to notify me whenever you upload a new vid. Nonetheless I already voiced my opinion on the end model but very interesting style to do the hair. Never tried so many different layering effects but it does make since. I have also never painted a red head... yet! There is a Malifaux character or two that will be changing that. ;)

Awesome mini bro! I like the color scheme a lot.

I also like that you paint it totally different than the "official" minis. A lot of people forget that this is our hobby and we can play, paint or build what we want. The hobby is not gw, priveteer press or any other company. They only offer some stuff, they don't offer a hobby. We made a hobby out of their stuff.

@madgolem Thank you my friend! I love the gw colors and will do some that way. But I thought of this and wanted to give it a try. It has turned into something that when finished, will be pretty cool I think. You're exactly right, it is our hobby and we get to do what we want!

@Bluecloudandrew Yes, these last few have been longer than I normally do them. I've seen comments on other channels about viewers wanting to see more of the painting process in painting tutorials. So, I thought that is what I should do with these vids. Except for the basecoat at least 80% of the hair was painted in real time on this vid, which is flying for me. LOL Thanks for the kind words and helping me to find your channel, subd!

@Generalsplatton I appreciate the longer ones too, particularly when the technique being shown, such as the hair on this one, is more complex.

If you were just aiming at table-top quality... such as what Girlpainting does... you could get by with showing less.

Either way, I like watching people paint... so I'll never complain that a demo/tutorial is too long.

@venusboys3 Thank you for that! I need a new camera for the quality issue plus the portability too. I have a webcam and am always tethered to the computer. Got to up my game in editing and presentation too. I like being able to show more and hope to do more of it in the future.
