  • I'm diggin the xfit kids concept. hope it catches on everywhere. (on a side not, im a big kettle bell user and i hope you corrected this young man on his kettle bell swings.)

  • good form on the burpees! On so many of these videos the bridge position is missed out completely

  • Nice Demo of the moves, but for a good work out the intensity needs to be up a few notches

  • a. these are kids' workouts; b. you try it! Ten rounds of swings, burpees, and pull the weight is intense!

  • no what i meant was he's working in the aerobic range - on the burpees at least - if he did 3-5 in a row much faster it would be better even if he had to take a few second in between the sets it would force him in to a more anaerobic endurance zone

    life is a variable speed sport training should reflect that
