  • @Scriptr93

How cute. you think this conversation is any reflection of my intelligence? I'd say that reflects your intelligence in and of itself. And if you read the previous comments, you'd see that people indeed are repeating eachother up untill recently, where as this problem was fixed over a year ago (If these people were to read the description, they'd see it's fixed. "Don't try and beat me at my profession, you will just loose." What profession would that be?

  • @Scriptr93

I didn't quote myself, you dumbass. Not sure how you can accuse me of something I didn't do, but whatevs. And people deserve to be treated like shit if they're stupid enough not to read the description. You're probably getting defensive on this one because you're one of them, huh?

  • I love how the dumbasses won't read the FIRST comment on the top of the comment section saying that he found the problem and fixed it OVER A YEAR AGO, yet people up till yesterday keep trying to say "oh, you need to update your BIOS or something" or "You need to reinstall windows... I think" People make me laugh sometimes.

  • You would never have this problem with a Mac... Because they don't work to begin with :D

  • for me it stalls on detecting array and finally once its done it says "disc boot failure please insert disc and press enter"

  • you didn't have any windows installed, that's the problem

  • my computer boots up normally and when it booting up it stops responding please help

  • @jordanvans1 the same thing happens with my windows XP

  • @KergGCA at what point does it stop responding?

    after logo screen or before?

what error message do you get? what color is screen?blue or black?

try rebooting into safe mode:press f8 repeatedly at logo screen.

if it boots in safe mode, you most likely have bad driver or virus.

Try to uncheck "automatically restart" (I'm in ubuntu so alittle rusty, just google it.)

if not, check your bios to see if all your attached devices show up.

  • @joebg1 it freezes when i try to log in on any account, there is no error message. safe mode doesnt work, i think something affected the System32 folder

  • Cdog - I think your keyboard drivers and/or some part of the system software are corrupted. Fortunately, this isn't a hardware problem. Try reinstalling Windows.

  • Beer - Sounds like your boot settings got corrupted and need to be reset. The settings you save are used only for that one startup and need to be saved permanently.

Blag - You're missing a file or the file is damaged. Try reinstalling Windows.

MediaMaster & Cboozle - Sounds like you have a hardware failure, probably with the power supply or video card. Try swapping those components with another one to see if that solves the problem.

  • hey can anybody help me out?

I got an emachines desktop here are my specs:

    I got windows 7 beta build 7200 i think...

I got 2 gigs of ram, 350 gb hdd

    19" flatscreen HD 720p monitor

Every time i boot it up it loads windows 7 where it says "windows is starting" but then it just stays there and even my keyboard shuts off. I cant get into windows and i think its a hardware problem. It happened while i was on vacation too. it was working perfectly fine now its messed up. Any help please?
