Some people, like me for example, lose track of what the teacher is saying when they are talking too fast. That's why these teachers are required to try to explain things slowly so our brians can easily catch up.

Also, the reason they all don't smile is becuase again, it's distracting to some people.

They're mission is to make us focus on nothing BUT the lesson itself.

If they smile, or giggle a little, we'll all start thinking about that. :)

Actually the circumference is approximately 50.2857cm, not approximately 50.24cm. You do (16) (3.14) and get the wrong answer. You should do (16) (22/7) and then turn the fraction into decimal. This is the right process. Do it and you will get the right answer.
