@KustiIisakki i remember when i didn't believe in God, i was -7 and had never seen a miracle. then one night when i was 7 my life changed. i was extremely sick i was screaming to my dad to help me. He came in and saw me shaking with my face sweating. he prayed for me and spoke in tongues in the process. even though i didn't really believe in God i bowed my head and prayed because i was that desperate for the pain to stop. when he finished praying for me it was completely gone in a instant.
if you think it helps you, i'm happy for you. I don't believe in miracles and dont think that god helped you. Don't get me wrong - i'm glad you are fine! But only because we can't explain something, for me it doesnt mean that there is no explanation (that doesn't include god), it means only, that we don't know why.

They try to get that pain away, by cutting themself, so they forget the pain (for a little while).

@DRUMGOD0864 well, I wont bore you with all the philosophical reasons. But, medically, it releases endorphins (A.K.A. the "feel good chemical"). So, cutting oneself ironically dulls emotional pain. It's kind of the same effect as certain illegal narcotics. Unfortunately, just like with such drugs, you can become addicted to the rush you get. So while it may make you feel better temporarily, it is still incredibly dangerous.

@KustiIisakki i remember when i didn't believe in God, i was -7 and had never seen a miracle. then one night when i was 7 my life changed. i was extremely sick i was screaming to my dad to help me. He came in and saw me shaking with my face sweating. he prayed for me and spoke in tongues in the process. even though i didn't really believe in God i bowed my head and prayed because i was that desperate for the pain to stop. when he finished praying for me it was completely gone in a instant.

I accept everyone who believes in god, as long as he doesn't try to teach me, as long as there are no scientific arguments. When you have a scientific prove for god, pm me :p i think it will take a while

btw that wasn't the only miracle i experienced/witnessed i have seen 5 and experienced about 6 amazing events add on the stories of my friends at school and church and you would get 20 miracles. add on tongues and it is uncountable.
