The thing about those shows...Most kids don't have standards when it comes to entertainment. They'll watch anything and think it's good, while the more adult audiences will either get bored, or say "TURN THIS SHIT OFF NOW!"

Of course, TV series intended for all ages can be good, and turn into crap. The Simpsons proves this

the main thing I didnt like about this was Optimus Prime & Primal were always peace lovers but the moment Primal appeared in Beast Machines he seemed to go past pacifism and became...a hippie

Hay quienes dicen que BM está mejor escrita, pero siento que es gente que no entiende lo intrincado de los guiones de BW, especialmente de la segunda temporada. Para mí BW es mucho mejor, más entretenida, con más sentido, mejor escrita y mejor pensada por los productores, escritores, directores y staff en general. BM es mala, además que es una simple secuela que toma elementos de BW y algunos de G1, solo para destruirlos por completo.

I much prefer Beast Wars, but this 1 isn't as bad as all that. Its ok, but only just ok. I ike the idea of technorganic in sci-fi, but not necesarrily in Transformers. And I much prefer the transmetal forms 2 the technoganic forms

i am a beast wars fan, it was kinda confusing when they lost their bodies but i say it was a interesting twist on transformers the whole aspect of beast machines and beast wars. a step away from transformers G1 which i think is over hyped. its like gundam people like the G gundam better no matter what. its a pain it slows down creative ideas, and discourages them aswell

Transformers is indeed a bit overhyped, but nonetheless a good series. I find Beast machines a very enjoyable series, and a good finisher to a legendary series.

I think Beast Machines was really good, the story is great!! i like the fact it has mistery n connection to beast wars... for example, rynocs was the tank, n jetstorm silver bolt.. then rat trap has flashbacks..

Beast Machines had an interesting premise, but what made it fail was the fact that they tried shoe-horning the Beast Wars characters into it, which made most of them seem out of character. Beast Machines would've been better if it had been a seperate series alltogether.

the only 3 out of character where Primal, Megatron and Rattrap, Primal became so sort of religious fanatic, Megatron became a oldly beast-a-phobic which is odd given his beast wars reactions to beast modes, and rattrap was well weird

I tried watching them, and even though I didn't necessarily *like* them, I still get happy if I see them today.

Though I really agree with Juno36, as much as I didn't like the show, the intro is pretty good and is a big nostalgic part of my childhood, all shows from this era are, and I think that factor contributes to a lot of the thumbs up for the video generally. And really I just don't like it compared to Beast Wars, compared to say Bayformers, this is great.
