This is where "Stop Snitching" gets tricky. I, personally, never snitch. I've seen horrific acts unfold in front of my eyes without making any contact with the authorities afterwards. Although, I do understand how in some situations, contacting them could be applicable. If your little sister gets raped and you tell the police, that's not fucking snitching. Now, if you see someone painting on your local corner-store and you call the cops on them, tat sure as hell is.
