@nickshizzle2 gibson is better than most of the ibanezes that you buy for $200 bucks out of a box yes but if you compare it to a $2000 dollar ibanez it's a completely different comparison with close results. it mostly depends on personal opinion but i wouldn't waste money on a $200 ibanez g10 like you would on a $200 epiphone.

there really is no certain guitar for bends specifically, its just that gibsons usually get a beefier sound out. that's what i love. the good thing about fenders is that they are the cheapest reliable proffessional guitars around, whereas you pay more for a gibson because of their desirable sound.
