@minutes2midnite Yes that's true! The Trip 35 will use 1/40sec in A-mode if the light conditions are too low. I've found that the Trip 35 rarely needs the 1/40sec shutter speed on dull cloudy days with films rated between 200iso and 400iso. If lighting conditions get worst while in A-mode you'll get "The Red Tongue Of Death" - that little translucent red flag in the viewfinder indicating there's not enough light & prevents you from shooting.
in the beginning you say it has a fixed shutter speed of 1/200 on A mode but ive read that it also switches to 1/40 if necessary.. is that true?
