  • its amazing how people are still so surprised that eating fruits and veggies will help them lose weight.

  • since celery is almost all water in content you can certainly eat a lot of it.....it's not exactly a "power food" but it has some benefit and fiber of course. I think by now everyone on the planet knows rabbit-food is good for you....but don't pass on the proteins and fats....they contain essential vitamins and nutrients....there's no such thing as an "essential carbohydrate"....just in case you're wondering.

  • instead of counting calories or excersicing till u drop, why not try wat i did. botanical slimming pills. they help me loose 50 pounds in 2 months. u still get to eat wat u want but the only difference is that your portions will be different. wanna know more check my video out.

  • @nawasunitasam I ate a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. There are far too many fresh food stands to pass them up during the summer months. So I eat fruit until noon followed by a large salad for lunch and then throughout the evening I consume green smoothies, green juice, or more salad and maybe a handful of nuts. It is so easy to eat this way during the summer months. Some call it raw vegan and others call it clean eating. Either way it is a chance to take better care of yourself.

  • I did this and lost 14lbs in 13 days :-) my parents stopped me before I finished 20 days cuz you begin to eat wayyyyy less. I actually liked it though :-) definetly recommend it and you are never hungry!

  • @GorillazBeatles um I do not recommend this diet for more than 20 days. It's easy to gain it back if you lose alot in a extreme way. This diet really just kickstarts a weight loss journey. For me, it got me to a weight where I could reach my healthy weight more realistically and easily to keep it off for more than 6 months or whatever.

  • Wow, what a crock! It can't take 144 calories to digest a stalk of celery. If it did, you could eat a big mac with fries and two choclate bars, and then negate the calories by having some celery afterwards.

    I agree. However, what that guy says - namely, that you burn MORE calories than you take in with certain foods - is, and that is proven, humbug! It's silly, it's stupid, it is not the truth. Ask a doctor or... just get a book from the library, read an hour or two and you'll be smart enough to understand that this is crap!

  • No, fruits are not negative. "eat all YOU WANT" you would prob€ably stop eating before you eat WAY too much. Unless you are addicted to it...hmm does that make sense? haha

  • If fruits are not negative, then how in the heck can you eat all you want? The calories would sure build up and you wouldn't be able to eat any meals. That's not even mentioning the sugar, rise in insulin levels, etc.

  • Green vegetables pretty much... I would not say fruit is negative calories, although most of it is excellent for you like apples, pears and orange, but bananas and coconuts have a lot of calories...Nuts are very calorie dense, but a little is good for you
