Im not sure how to help you with the vol. it sounds fine to me on my comp, i suggest either headphones or if you have an editing program you can change the volume in there like in windows movie makers...etc. if you've downloaded it with a YT to mp3 downloader.. Thats all i can suggest to help. HAGD
